If a user has been created without a profile (“User creates
profile” was selected when the user was created) a profile can be created by a
manager using “Create Profile” or by the user when they first Login.
1.
Open the “Create Profile” Screen
Click on the “Create Profile” option in the
“Profiles” section of the menu at the left hand side of the screen (circled
in red in Fig 1). The “Create Profile” screen will be displayed. |

2. Select
the user(s) You
can select one or more users to create a profile for by clicking the checkbox
next to each user (circled in red of Fig 2). Click on the “Next” button to
continue. Note: If you select more than one user, the profile will
be the same for all the users selected. |

6. Enter
Profile Information
Once
you have entered the profile information, click on the “Create” button to
create the profile(s). Note: All profile items must be completed. |
