2. Select Users You can select the users you wish to display. By default all users will be listed and selected unless a “Search Filter” has been set previously, in which case the users matching the “Search Filter” criteria will be listed and selected. You can use the “Switch” button to toggle the selected users. For example if 10 users are selected and you click on the “Switch” button, then those 10 users will be deselected and all the other users will be selected. Once you have selected the users you wish to display click on the “Create” button at the top left of the screen. Now proceed to step “4. The Display Users Results Screen” If you cannot see the user(s) you wish to display click on the “Search Filter” button to set the “search Filter” (circled in red in Fig 2). See the “Search Filter” user guide for details of how to set a “Search Filter”. |

a list of the users you chose to display along with “Name”, “Has Profile”,
“Questionnaire” and “Progress”. You can also drill down some of the
information by clicking on text that is displayed in blue (see “Yes” circled
in red on Fig 3). This will open a new window with the relevant information
for that user. In this case it will be the Profile Information for the user
“tester1” (see Fig 4). |
