Display Questionnaire Availability allows a manager to look at the questionnaire availability and report permissions for one or more users.

 

 

1. Open the “Display Questionnaire Availability” Screen

 

Click on the “Display Questionnaire Availability” option in the “Maintenance” section of the menu at the left hand side of the screen (circled in red on Fig 1). The “Display Questionnaire Availability” screen will be displayed (see Fig 2).

Note: If you cannot see the “Display Questionnaire Availability” option then you do not have the correct permissions to display questionnaire availability.

2. Select User

 

Select the users you wish to display the questionnaire availability for from the list of Login Id’s by clicking on the checkbox preceding each Login Id (circled in red on Fig 3).

Note: If the users you wish to display questionnaire availability for are not listed there could be a search filter set. If a search filter is set you will see a message in red informing you of this in the top right of the screen (See Fig 4). See the “Search Filter” user guide for details of how to set a “Search Filter”.

3. Select the Report Settings

 

You can change the settings of the report by clicking on the “Report Settings” button (see Fig 5).

 

You can choose the questionnaires to display, the “Display Report Permissions” to display and set the order of the “Display Questionnaire Availability” report to “Login, Questionnaire” or “Questionnaire, Login”. To select these settings click on the checkbox preceding each option.

6. The Display Questionnaire Availability Report

 

Once you have changed the settings you require and selected the users to include in the report, click on the “Create Report” button. A report will be created in a separate window. Fig 6 is an example of a “Display Questionnaire Availability report.

 

Note: You can print the report by clicking on the “File” menu and selecting the “Print” option. Also if you close the report you will not be logged out of Viewpoint online.
