2.  I get page cannot be displayed or a white screen when I go to http://www.vptol.co.uk
This could be caused by a firewall blocking the Viewpoint Online website.

The website www.launch.com being blocked by a firewall has been found to also lead to the firewall blocking www.vptol.co.uk. Contact your IT Support to verify your firewall settings.

3.   The login screen appears, but when I try to login the login screen closes or a screen appears saying "Thank you for using Viewpoint Online"
This could be because you have a pop-up blocker installed (viewpoint online opens in a new window and is blocked by pop-up blockers).

To allow Viewpoint Online to run you will need to edit the settings of your pop-up blocker to allow the website: http://www.vptol.co.uk to use pop-ups.

If you have Windows XP Service Pack 2 installed please follow the instructions below to allow pop-ups when using Viewpoint:

1.  Open Internet Explorer and click on the "Tools" menu
